Do I need experience with cacao ceremonies?
No. This ceremony is beginner-friendly and clearly guided.
Do I have to use cacao?
Cacao is recommended for the full heart-opening experience, but it is not required. If cacao is not accessible or does not feel aligned for you, you may participate with a warm heart-supportive alternative such as rose tea, maca, hawthorn, motherwort, or reishi mushroom. Come with what feels nourishing and supportive to your body and heart.

Is this a group sharing circle?
